Interior drainage, exterior grading, crack injection, or a combination — we scope what your Clackamas, OR basement actually needs.
We've walked into plenty of Clackamas, OR basements where two or three prior repairs each addressed a different symptom without solving the underlying combination of causes. Diagnosing the full picture first is what actually breaks that cycle.
We check walls, floor, grading, gutters, and window wells before recommending a repair, not just the spot where you noticed water.
Our technicians know the common wet-basement patterns specific to Clackamas, OR construction styles and soil conditions.
We break down each component of the fix so you understand what you're paying for and why it's included.
Between drain tile, sump systems, crack injection, and exterior grading, we can address nearly any wet basement cause without bringing in a second contractor.
Every Clackamas, OR Wet Basement Repair job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
A written diagnostic summary explains what we found and why we're recommending a specific repair combination.
This is the most common fix for Clackamas, OR basements with a consistently high water table.
Cracks are often a secondary contributor alongside grading or drainage issues, not the sole cause.
We correct grading and extend downspouts as part of the full repair scope where the inspection points that direction.
Chronic basement moisture creates conditions for mold growth, and part of our repair scope is getting humidity down to a level that doesn't support it.
We ask how long the basement has been wet, whether it's constant or storm-related, and what you've already tried.
A technician checks interior walls and floor, exterior grading, gutters, and window wells to build a complete picture of what's driving the moisture.
We explain the reasoning behind each recommendation so the plan makes sense, not just a list of line items.
Repairs are completed according to the written scope, and we test the system — pump, drain flow, or injection — before considering the job done.

A written diagnostic summary explains our findings before we recommend any specific repair.
Yes, and it often does — grading, a failed crack, and inadequate drainage frequently combine to create chronic moisture problems.
Getting humidity and water intrusion under control is a necessary first step before mold remediation can hold long-term.
Every recommendation is itemized in writing so you understand what's driving the total.
